Privacy policy

1. What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email and phone number when you contact us, submit a form (such as the contact form or a tool request), use the chat on this site, or book a consultation.
• Purchase information. When you buy a product, checkout is handled by our payment and course platforms (Stripe and Thinkific). They collect payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and pages visited to operate the site.

2. How we use it

We use your information to deliver products you purchase, respond to inquiries, send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve our tools. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text messages

If you give us your phone number through a form or the chat on this site, we may contact you by text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your inquiry. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

4. Third-party services

We rely on established providers to run the business. Stripe (payments), Thinkific (course and download delivery), Cloudflare (site hosting), GoHighLevel (our contact form, chat and messages), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (workshops), Netlify (our interactive tools), and Resend (delivery emails for Family Caregiver Hire-in-a-Box purchases). Each processes your data under its own privacy policy when you interact with that service.

5. Email

Newsletter and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, product access) are sent as part of fulfilling your purchase.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing meghan@luman-group.com. Note that purchase records held by our payment processors may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
