A cautionary tale
Don't be Penny.
Penny Pinchwell ran a 14-person shop and handled HR herself, off the cuff, with whatever she found online. It worked right up until it didn't. None of what went wrong was bad intent. She just didn't have the documents, and didn't know what she didn't know.
