Welcome to Luman Group. By using this website, or by purchasing or using any Luman Group tool, template, kit, course or service (together, the "Materials"), you agree to these terms.

1. Not legal advice

Luman Group provides HR consulting, education and template-based tools. The Materials are educational and informational. They are not legal advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Employment law varies by state and changes over time. For situation-specific guidance, especially terminations, separation agreements, arbitration agreements and investigations that may involve litigation, consult a licensed employment attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

The Materials are designed to help you build strong, well-documented HR practices. No template, checklist or training can guarantee compliance with every law that applies to your business, or guarantee any particular outcome in an audit, agency charge or lawsuit.

3. License

Purchases grant a license for use as described on our Refunds and License page, which is internal use within a single business. Reselling, redistributing or repackaging the Materials is not permitted.

4. Accounts and purchases

Digital products and courses are delivered through our course platform, and payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and Thinkific). Their terms and privacy practices apply to the checkout and delivery experience.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luman Group's total liability arising from your use of the site or the Materials is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue. Luman Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the business and the law evolve. The last updated date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
